Red A. A 21-year-old Milwaukee man parked in the police chief’s spot while attending a municipal court hearing at 5:27 p.m. Nov. 16 at Glendale City Hall, 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway. A police clerk noticed the vehicle and smelled marijuana coming from it. A marijuana blunt and a bag with a half-gram of heroin was in plain view in the center console, according to police. The man and his 20-year-old brother were arrested in municipal court. They told police they were going to smoke the marijuana after court.
B. The following incidents were reported at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive: A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy attempted to steal 12 Nike items valued at $389 at 8 p.m. Nov. 23. When he was confronted by a loss prevention officer, he dropped the bag of items, ran back into the store and placed the gun from his waistband on a display counter because he is a felon.
